I have sensitive skin and I need a solution...ㅠ

I have sensitive skin. Are there any good treatments? It seems to have gotten worse lately. My skin often feels itchy, and maybe because it's winter and dry, it also feels tight. I heard it's good for sensitive skin, so I lightly applied some cica essence, but it broke out in hives and I couldn't apply anything else. After a few days, it's subsided a lot. I'm not sure what the ingredient was, but I used to apply it regularly. If this continues, I think I'll get redness and other problems like other people with sensitive skin. What treatments are there for this?
