Busy office workers' concerns about sensitive skin

Lately, when I look in the mirror on my way home from work, I sigh. Even if I put on makeup in the morning, by the afternoon my face gets red and feels tingly. I don't know if it's the office air conditioning or the stress of working overtime, but I feel much more sensitive than before.

 

 

Even when I wash my face, my skin feels rough on my fingertips and it really breaks my heart. In fact, I've always been like this. sensitive skin I never really thought about it that way. It was just that I would occasionally get a breakout or two when I wasn't feeling well, but now it feels like my skin type has completely changed. When I get to work and look at the monitor, my face is so dry it feels like it's going to tear, but by the time I get home, it's oily and itchy. It's really embarrassing. I've tried buying and applying various cosmetics that are said to be good, but they only seem to irritate my skin more, so now I'm scared to even try new products.

 

 

It's so frustrating that among the countless cosmetics on my vanity, none of them are suitable for my current condition. People around me tell me that rest will help, but getting enough rest isn't as easy as it sounds for office workers. On days when I've slept a little less or eaten a little too quickly, I always end up with a sensitive skin . The condition has gotten worse and the redness won't go away. Yesterday, I finally put on a sheet mask, but my face burned after less than 5 minutes, so I had to take it off. I carefully checked the ingredients before buying it, but seeing that my face can't hold out, I'm starting to worry that I really need to change everything about my skin. I'm starting to feel limited by covering up the redness with concealer every morning, and my makeup keeps flaking off, so I'm becoming cautious when meeting people.

 

I'm curious how you all got through this time. For those who have suddenly changed like me. sensitive skin Are there any of you who have suffered because of this? If you have any routines or lifestyle habits that have been effective in calming yourself without irritation, please share them with us.
