I want to have clear skin. Has anyone tried laser treatment to remove blemishes?

When I was young, I often heard that I had good skin. As I get older, dark spots and pigmentation appear all over my face, making it look very dirty. I'm tired of covering it up with concealer, so now I'm sure Remove impurities I want to do it.
