Because of the sudden worsening of enlarged pores

Every time I look in the mirror, I worry because the pores around my nose and cheeks seem to be getting worse. I'm not sure if it's the weather or my skin's loss of elasticity, but once they start to enlarge, they feel uncontrollable. Trying to cover them up with makeup only makes them look unsightly, making them look unsightly. So, I'm trying to find a fundamental solution to my enlarged pores.
