These days, skin problems are making me afraid to look in the mirror.
I've always prided myself on diligently taking care of my skin at home, but lately, I've been feeling down. Every time I look in the mirror, I can't help but sigh at how my skin isn't what it used to be. My skin suddenly turns red and irritated. Makeup doesn't hide it well, and instead, it feels irritated. I've tried getting plenty of sleep and using expensive face masks, but it hasn't improved as much as I'd hoped, which is frustrating. I think stress is the cause, and I'm seriously considering changing my eating habits. Even if I carefully cover it with concealer every morning, my skin troubles quickly become more noticeable after a while. These skin troubles used to subside quickly, but now they seem to be recovering more slowly, so I think I really need to take better care of them.
