Sitting down at my vanity every morning isn't as enjoyable as it used to be. When I wash my face and look in the mirror, a single blemish that catches my eye can easily affect my mood for the rest of the day.
In the past, my skin would quickly subside after a good night's sleep, but now, the recovery process isn't as fast as it used to be, and I sigh every time I look in the mirror. No matter how diligently I apply my basic skincare products, it's incredibly disconcerting when a sudden breakout strikes. Even if I take care of my skin, my skin remains sensitive, perhaps due to daily stress or the environment. Even if I notice a breakout the day before an important meeting, trying to cover it up with makeup only makes it worse, which is incredibly frustrating.
