I'm usually okay, but when I have an important appointment coming up or I'm stressed, my skin suddenly breaks out. It's driving me crazy. ㅠㅠ Yesterday, I looked in the mirror and saw that my chin and forehead were starting to get red and breakouts, so I quickly put on a soothing pack and went to bed, but it didn't go away.
I thought it might be a dietary issue, so I tried cutting down on flour and drinking more water, but once my skin problems started, they just don't seem to go away.
