These days, skin problems are making me afraid to look in the mirror.

Lately, I've been dreading looking in the mirror every morning, and it's become stressful. Before, I used to just get a good night's sleep and my skin would get better quickly, but that doesn't seem to work anymore. I feel like I really need to take better care of myself. Makeup looks flaky and my skin looks uneven, which makes me feel intimidated. What worries me the most is the sudden onset of skin breakouts. It started once or twice, but now it seems to be spreading out of control, which worries me. It seems to get worse on the day of an important engagement, which is frustrating. I can't figure out what's wrong, so I've tried changing my cleansing products and adjusting my diet. But once the breakouts have settled in, they don't seem to be going away. I tried using a mask that's supposed to soothe the sensitive areas, but it only lasts a short time, so I think I need a more fundamental solution. Has anyone else experienced the same severe skin breakouts as I did? If you have any special soothing care methods or recommended maintenance routines, I would really appreciate it if you could share them with us.
