I'm depressed because of a skin problem that suddenly came up.
Lately, I've been so busy with work and sleep deprivation that my condition has been a total mess. Every morning, I look in the mirror and see that blemishes that used to disappear quickly now linger for a long time, which is frustrating. Especially on days when I have important events, I inevitably break out, so I don't put on makeup and just cover my face. Even if I meticulously apply concealer, it only makes the blemishes stand out more, and they quickly fade away after a while, which is incredibly stressful. Even expensive nourishing creams seem to be ineffective, and I'm just frustrated. I often feel lost about where to start when faced with these sudden skin problems.
