I want to improve my dull facial pigmentation.

My skin tone is uneven and blotchy, making me look gloomy. Makeup doesn't hide the pigmentation caused by acne or UV rays. Now, I think it's time for a specialized laser treatment or whitening treatment that's more effective than home remedies.
