Body lifting concerns

I've successfully lost weight through diligent exercise, but I've come across an unexpected concern. I used to think building muscle would solve everything, but now I feel like the lost fat isn't as smooth as it used to be, and it's starting to sag. Every time I look in the mirror, I see my skin losing elasticity, and it's starting to stress me out. So, I've been researching body lifting tips recommended by people around me. I've recently realized that simply lifting heavy weights at the gym isn't enough to address this sagging skin. I feel like it's time for some serious treatment, so I'm looking into places that specialize in body lifting, but the sheer variety of options makes it difficult to choose. I'm particularly concerned about my abdomen and sides, so I want to focus on them. Has anyone tried body lifting for a similar problem that exercise doesn't address? It would be incredibly helpful if you could share your experience and tell me what to look out for when choosing a body lifting treatment.
