These days, I'm worried about my sensitive skin, which makes me afraid to look in the mirror.

In the past, I barely felt tight after washing my face, even without applying anything, but these days, even the slightest neglect of skincare routine quickly causes my face to become red and irritated. Every time I look in the mirror, I sigh at how my skin texture has changed, and I realize that I really need to take better care of it. Especially during seasonal changes or on days with high levels of fine dust, my face becomes even more sensitive, making me hesitant to even go out. As I look at the products on my vanity, I realize that even the functional products I used to enjoy so much now feel burdensome. Expensive nourishing creams don't seem to absorb well, and instead, they just sit there, causing breakouts. It's frustrating. It feels like everyone around me is maintaining good skin, while I'm lagging behind, and it makes me depressed. So these days, I meticulously research each ingredient and prioritize gentle products. Recently, I tried a face pack recommended by a friend, but it stung as soon as I applied it, so I washed it off immediately. That moment, I realized I really had sensitive skin, and it was truly upsetting. It was a moment that made me realize once again that even popular products that everyone else raves about can be toxic to me. Rather than blindly following trends, I realized how important it is to accurately understand my condition and formulate a treatment plan accordingly. As this concern deepened, the first thing I do when I get home from work is wash my face with a mild cleanser.
