Skin troubles that are particularly concerning during the changing seasons

Lately, I've been feeling increasingly frustrated every time I look in the mirror, so I'm writing this. Unlike before, even after a good night's sleep, my complexion is dull and I've been getting breakouts here and there. These aren't going away as easily as I thought, and I'm stressed out every time I see them. Even when I apply makeup in the morning, I'm so quick to cover it up with concealer that it actually makes my makeup thicker and my skin worse, creating a vicious cycle. In the past, even if I had breakouts like this, I'd rest for a few days and they'd clear up quickly, but now I'm noticing that my skin isn't recovering as quickly as it used to. I've tried switching to milder makeup and adjusting my diet, but I haven't seen any noticeable changes, and it's frustrating. Especially on important days, breakouts pop up in places that were fine the day before. I'm curious how you all deal with these unexpected, unwelcome guests. Do you have any soothing masks or special cleansing methods that have proven effective during times of particularly sensitive skin?
