I decided after much thought, but will the body lifting effect really be good?
When I wake up in the morning, shower, and stand in front of the full-length mirror, I sigh at the completely different silhouette I see. Even with consistent exercise, the feeling of sagging skin is difficult to resolve with effort alone.
In particular, I feel upset because the clothes I used to wear with confidence now feel burdensome because of the fat or sagging parts.
So, I've been diligently researching information on body lifting. I'm convinced it's time to really start taking care of it.
In fact, I've been struggling and worrying on my own, so I'm not very knowledgeable, and I'm very curious about the process and maintenance period of body lifting procedures.
