Yesterday, I met up with some old college friends for the first time in ages. We were in a brightly lit cafe, and I was annoyed because I looked so dull and tired. My friends were all full of energy, but I was the only one who felt tired so quickly that I had to hold back a yawn. On the way home, I looked in the mirror and realized my complexion was noticeably duller than before. So, I searched and searched for health supplements, and I finally came across this idea. I used to think health supplements were only for adults. But now, my body seems to be sending me signals, and I need to start taking care of myself before it's too late. Especially these days, with the drastic temperature fluctuations and heavy workloads, maintaining my stamina is crucial. I've come to realize that nourishing yourself from within is more important than simply changing your cosmetics. I'm curious to know what health supplements you take during the seasonal transition.
