With the weather becoming increasingly dry these days, I've noticed my skin isn't what it used to be. In particular, the lack of moisture has made my skin lose elasticity, making me feel the desperate need for serious skin care.
The first thing I focus on is basic hydration. Simply increasing the amount of water I drink each day and applying moisturizer immediately after washing my face to create a moisture barrier are all great ways to help with skin care. I also use a gentle mask pack about twice a week to provide intensive nutrition.
