I feel like my skin has lost elasticity a lot lately. What kind of home care would be good to start?

I met up with some old high school friends after a long time. Everyone was busy with their social lives, so it was hard to see each other, but one of my friends was getting married, so we all got together to send out invitations. I wanted to look pretty after a long time, so I put on a face mask and put on some elaborate makeup the day before. Later, when I looked at the group photo, I noticed my complexion looked particularly dull. I wondered if it was the lighting, but the friends sitting next to me looked so clear and resilient that I spent a long time contemplating my decision in the mirror on the way home. Come to think of it, I've been so busy with work lately that I've been rushing to shower and go to bed.
