Health functional food inquiries

A few days ago, I looked at myself through the cafe window, and I was startled by how lifeless I looked. I used to be able to stay up all night and still be fine, but now I find it difficult to even get up in the morning, so I thought I needed to take care of myself. I glanced at my friends' bags and they all seemed to fit their bodies. Health functional foods I was envious of the way you always carried and ate at least one of these. I'm not really interested in this stuff, so I have no idea where to start. There are so many different types, from vitamins to Omega 3s, but I don't know what to start with that fits my lifestyle. Health functional foods I'm really worried about what to eat. I'm writing this because I want to hear real advice from people who have actually seen the effects, rather than blindly following others and buying it. What are you taking consistently? Health functional foods Are there any products that you've found particularly satisfying? I'm trying to take better care of myself now, so I'd appreciate your help.
