I'm thinking about health functional foods because everyone seems tired these days.

Maybe it's because I'm new to the company, but these days, I often find myself looking at myself in the subway mirror on my way home from work feeling completely unfamiliar. In the past, my makeup would stay on well the next day even after an all-nighter, but these days, by the afternoon, my complexion is dull and my eyes look sunken, which is frustrating. Yesterday, some colleagues I hadn't seen in a while asked me why I looked so tired, and I was really shocked. So, I've been thinking about taking better care of my health, so I've been researching various health supplements. I used to just drink coffee to get by, but now I feel like I need to nourish myself from the inside out to clear my skin and improve my overall health. My friends say they're already starting to take them, but I feel like I'm a little late to the game. There are so many different types, I can't even tell if I should start with a multivitamin or something like probiotics or collagen. Do any of you have a specific health supplement you take every morning to boost your energy? If there is a product that is easy for beginners to take and has good effects, please recommend it!
