Should I use a mask pack to improve my skin texture during the changing seasons?
The weather's been so dry lately, maybe because I put on makeup every morning, by the afternoon, my nose and lips start to look white. Yesterday, a friend noticed my skin and worried that my face looked puffy, so I spent a long time looking in the mirror and wondering. I think I need to pay more attention to hydration than usual, but I'm curious about how you all manage your mask pack frequency. I tried using one pack a day because it was trendy, but I remember it being a bit too much for my skin and causing me to develop whiteheads. Do you have a specific mask pack frequency or routine that's appropriate for you, or do you vary it depending on your skin type? For someone like me who has extremely dry and sensitive skin, what frequency of mask packs would be effective without being too irritating?
