Last weekend, I went to an exhibition with friends. Looking at a group photo I took after a long time, I was shocked at how exhausted I looked. I thought I was well-rested, but I noticed a dullness that even makeup couldn't hide. Are there any health functional foods that everyone carries in their bag? If so, could you kindly recommend them?
