Maybe it's because of the changing seasons, but I'm starting to have concerns about skin care.
Yesterday, on my way home from work, I looked at my face under the lights in a department store bathroom and was completely shocked. I hadn't noticed it before, but it immediately became apparent that my skin looked particularly dull and rough. I've been so busy with my daily routine that I've neglected my skincare routine. Now, I think it's time to really get serious about it. Honestly, I thought just applying basic skincare was enough. But maybe because of the changing seasons, my dead skin cells are starting to whiten and my makeup is starting to flake off, so the word "skincare" keeps popping up in my head. Every time I look in the mirror, I feel stressed, and my confidence is starting to drop a bit. Do you have any special skincare routines that you pay special attention to during this time? I'm really struggling to decide whether daily use of a face pack would be better, or whether it would be better to go to a professional for a one-time treatment. Could you share some valuable tips on how you regularly use your home care routine?
