This weekend, I went to a cafe with a friend with really pretty lighting, and I was shocked by how dull my face looked in the mirror. I used to have clear skin even after staying up all night, but now it shows even with the slightest effort. I feel like basic cosmetics alone aren't enough, so I'm trying to take care of my skin from the inside out. I'm having trouble deciding which health supplements to take. I searched the internet, and there were so many options, it seems like finding the right one for my constitution is harder than I thought.
