I have a question about the frequency of using mask packs to restore skin condition during the seasonal change.

Today, on my way home from work, I was startled by my reflection in the subway window. Perhaps it was because the lighting was so bright, but my skin's unevenness was more pronounced, and my overall appearance was incredibly dull. I usually do my own home care routine, but I think I need more special care. So, I'm trying to create a systematic routine, and the first thing I'm concerned about is how often I should use sheet masks. Everyone's skin type is different, so there's no right answer, but I'm curious about how often you usually use them. I have combination skin, which borders on dry, so I'm cautious about using them too frequently, as I'm worried it might be too irritating. People around me say one sheet mask a day is best, but finding the right one for me isn't easy. Do you vary your sheet mask frequency depending on the season or your skin condition? I'd really appreciate it if you could share any valuable tips, even the smallest ones.
