These days, every time I look in the mirror, I worry about the increasing number of skin problems.

Every morning when I wake up and wash my face, I'm shocked by how different my skin is. I can't believe my once clear and transparent complexion has gone, and the constant stream of skin troubles that come like uninvited guests make me linger in front of the mirror for hours. I used to be able to just put whatever I wanted on, but now I have to meticulously scrutinize every single ingredient before choosing a single cosmetic. Especially the day before an important appointment, I inevitably get skin trouble. Makeup can't hide it, and it really erodes my confidence. I try to take care of my skin by drinking plenty of water and getting plenty of sleep, but it doesn't go away as easily as I'd like, and it's frustrating.
