Can anyone recommend a skincare product for freckles?

I did a lot of outdoor activities this vacation. I thought I was diligently applying sunscreen, but this morning, when I looked in the mirror under the vanity light, I saw dark spots on both sides of my cheeks. Now, what I really need is a skincare product to control freckles. I've often heard people say my skin tone is so clear, but I'm so upset and embarrassed to suddenly see freckles. I've been looking for some popular freckle control products on social media, but my skin is so sensitive that I'm a little afraid to just use anything. Are there any freckle control products that are not sticky but are definitely effective? I'm curious if anyone has recently started to struggle with similar issues like I have.
