I'm thinking about starting a new home care routine for my dull skin.

Yesterday, I met up with some old college friends I haven't seen in a long time. Everyone looked the same, but one friend in particular had clearer and more transparent skin than before, so I kept asking her what her secret was. Looking at my face under the cold lights of the elevator on my way home from work, I felt particularly tired, and the fine wrinkles around my eyes were more prominent. I used to be able to quickly regain my vitality the next day even after a quick shower and a night's sleep, but now I feel like I need to really focus on my skin. So I pulled myself together and started from the basics. Home care I'm going to start. In fact, I've been making excuses about being busy and neglecting even putting on a sheet mask. Rather than blindly buying expensive cosmetics, I'd like to find an effective method that I can use every day. Home care I think setting a routine is the priority.

My skin texture has become rough and my skin elasticity has decreased, so I think I need to pay more attention to nutrition as well as moisture replenishment. When your skin looks particularly tired, what kind of method do you use? Home care Do you enjoy it? If you have any special tips or products that have been most effective when used consistently, I'd love to hear your advice.
