My skin is so dry, I'm wondering if I should try a sheet mask.
Hello. Lately, the temperature difference between morning and evening has been so extreme that I've noticed my skin reacting first. A few days ago, I looked in the elevator mirror on my way home from work, and under the fluorescent lights, I was shocked to see how tired and dull I looked. It wasn't like this before, but I think I really need to take better care of my skin now. I was in a rush to buy a bunch of moisturizing products, but I'm having trouble figuring out how often I should use sheet masks. I've heard that using them too frequently can actually irritate the skin, so I'm being cautious. Do you guys usually stick to a set schedule and use sheet masks regularly, or do you vary your use depending on your skin condition? If you tend to experience dryness like me, I'd be curious to know what mask pack regimen would be most effective for you. I'd really appreciate any advice, even if it's just a small tip.
