I was shocked under the fitting room lights and now I want to start taking care of my skin.
Today, I went to the department store to buy clothes for the first time in a while, and I was shocked when I saw my face under the fitting room lights. I didn't notice it under my usual bathroom lighting, but under the direct white light from above, all my unevenness and dullness were clearly visible. I'd always just used to do home care, just applying face masks, but now I'm thinking about getting some real skincare. I'm starting to think I can't keep doing this, and I'm thinking I need to get some professional help. Maybe it's because the seasons have changed, but my makeup keeps flaking off and my skin feels dry inside, which is really bothering me. I feel frustrated, thinking that everyone else has such a smooth, glowing complexion, but I'm just not taking care of myself. Should I try a professional skincare routine, or should I just switch to more expensive basic skincare products? The cost is quite high, so I'm feeling overwhelmed just starting out.
