I used to be bad at taking pills, so I rarely took health supplements. But now, as each year passes, my physical strength and immunity are rapidly declining, and my skin is easily damaged and I catch colds often. When I asked around, it seemed like health supplements were not an option anymore, but a necessity. I guess I've been too complacent.
If anyone knows of any health functional foods that are easier to consume, such as those that are smaller in size or come in powder or gummy form, please let me know! It would be even better if there were health functional foods that are good for skin care.
