역시 1일1팩이 답 아닐까요?
I would like to ask about the appropriate frequency of using a mask pack for seasonal skin care.
Lately, with the cold wind blowing in the mornings and evenings, my face looks noticeably dull every time I look in the mirror, and I'm starting to worry. A few days ago, I went to a class reunion, and everyone's skin was so smooth and vibrant that I felt a little disappointed when I compared it to mine. So, starting yesterday, I decided to take out some moisturizing products I'd bought a while ago and start using them. But now that I'm getting started, I'm not sure how to set an appropriate mask pack frequency without irritating my skin. I'm worried that if I use it too often, it might lead to overnutrition and breakouts, but if I use it too infrequently, the results might be minimal, so I'm hesitating. I usually just apply a light toner after washing my face and apply a mask pack, but I'm not sure if my current mask pack frequency is right for my skin type. I used to use a mask pack every day because the "one-a-day" trend was popular, but now that my skin feels thinner, I'm a little more cautious. Do any of you have a specific mask pack frequency that you follow? Or, if you tend to adjust it flexibly depending on your skin condition each day, it would be a great help if you could share your experience. If you have any tips, I'd appreciate your advice.
