With the weather recently getting better, I've started jogging regularly after work. Sweating is refreshing, which is nice, but maybe because I've been facing the cold wind, my face feels particularly tight and flaky after washing. Yesterday, I looked in the mirror and suddenly realized my skin looked really damaged, so I quickly bought a sheet mask from the convenience store and applied it. It definitely felt noticeably more moisturized afterward, so I'm thinking about trying to stick to it. I'm having trouble figuring out how to plan my mask pack frequency. I've heard somewhere that using it too often can actually irritate the skin. How do you guys usually manage your mask pack frequency? My skin is a bit sensitive, so I'm having trouble setting a standard, so I'm having trouble finding a routine. If you have any recommendations on how often you'd like to use a sheet mask or have your own routine, I'd be grateful.
