Honestly, I'd only been paying attention to the cosmetics I put on, and hadn't really thought much about what I ate. I received some health supplements as gifts, but I've been storing them! Now, I'm going to check the expiration date and try to consume them daily. But there are so many different options, I'm not sure which ones will work best for me. Do any of you have any recommendations for health supplements that help with radiance and hydration? I'm curious about how you all manage your skin during the seasonal transition.
