Please recommend cosmetics that care for the elasticity of sensitive skin!

As I'm getting older and winter is drying out my skin, I've been thinking about buying some good elasticity-managing cosmetics lately. Wrinkles are starting to appear around my eyes, and the wrinkles on my neck are getting deeper. However, because my skin is sensitive, I've never used functional products before, so I'm having a hard time choosing the right ones.

Does anyone among you skin care experts know of any elasticity-managing cosmetics that are suitable for sensitive skin? Anti-aging products at department stores seem to be particularly expensive. I heard Maypure also sells elasticity-managing cosmetics. Is that a good option?
