Looking at my skin these days, I notice it's noticeably drier overall than before. Immediately after washing my face, it feels tight, and over time, the area around my cheeks and mouth becomes particularly rough. I suspect this is due to the seasonal changes and the effects of indoor heating, which can cause moisture to evaporate more easily. My skin texture is also more uneven than before, so my makeup often flakes.
Although sebum production isn't high, moisture depletion can occasionally lead to breakouts. Especially on days when fatigue builds up or sleep isn't adequate, skin can appear dull and lack vitality. Sensitive skin can react easily to external stimuli, leading to redness.
On the other hand, it's positive that my skin is relatively stable without any major issues. Thanks to consistent moisturizing, I haven't experienced any severe flaking or itchiness. However, since skin condition can vary depending on the weather and daily routine, I currently consider my skin to be "dry but recoverable with proper care."
In the future, we need to pay more attention to hydration and soothing care, and gradually improve our skin condition through sufficient rest and sleep.
