One of the biggest changes I've noticed since turning 30 is that my skin has become more honest... haha
In the past, even if I slept late at night or was tired for several days, it didn't really show. Now, if my daily routine is disrupted even for a single day, it immediately shows on my face. Especially after a night of poor sleep, my skin tone becomes dull.
There are more and more days when trouble arises for no reason.
There was a time when I drank coffee like water, and my skin looked particularly dry and flaky.
Consciously increasing my water intake has helped reduce tightness and improve my skin condition, though not dramatically. Exercise has also helped!
I felt a difference in my facial complexion even with just light walking or sweating a little, rather than strenuous exercise.
Conversely, if you eat out frequently or drink alcohol continuously, your skin will immediately send you a signal.
My skin tone becomes dull, and my face looks unnecessarily tired. These days, I believe more in the saying that daily habits shape my skin than expensive cosmetics. These days, I believe that skin care is ultimately a matter of how I manage my life.
