My efforts for skin

I've realized that my skin condition is significantly influenced by my daily lifestyle habits, rather than simply whether I use cosmetics. The biggest factors were sleep and diet. If I had irregular sleep patterns or went to bed late, my skin would immediately become dull and prone to breakouts the next day. Sleeping after midnight in particular felt like my skin was slow to recover, while on days when I got enough sleep, my skin tone remained clear and stable. Diet was also a significant factor. Frequent consumption of instant or spicy foods increased sebum production and sensitized my skin. Conversely, increasing water intake and eating a diet rich in vegetables and protein maintained my skin condition relatively consistently. Stress also had a direct impact on my skin. Higher stress levels led to more frequent redness and breakouts, while my skin appeared more relaxed. Furthermore, periods when I neglected sun protection showed noticeable blemishes and a loss of skin tone. As the saying goes, skin is a result of your lifestyle, and through experience, I have come to realize that regular sleep, balanced meals, sufficient water intake, and stress management are the foundation of healthy skin.
