Some lifestyle habits that I think have affected my skin

The causes of skin problems and rapid aging, which make us sigh every day when we look in the mirror, are closer than we think. Many dermatologists cite a thorough review of our daily lifestyle habits, which can affect our skin, as the most important factor, ahead of any expensive procedures or cosmetics.

For example, frequent overtime work, irregular sleep patterns due to smartphone use, chronic lack of water intake, and going out without thoroughly applying sunscreen are representative examples of lifestyle habits that affect our skin without us even knowing it.

We often seek immediate solutions and turn to medical help, but fundamentally restoring skin health requires objectively identifying and addressing the negative lifestyle habits we've been repeating over the years that have negatively impacted our skin, and then making the necessary efforts to correct them. Ultimately, the true key to regaining a healthy, clear complexion lies in the persistence and positive improvement of seemingly small, yet cumulative, daily habits that impact our skin.
