Do you have your own skin care routine for the changing seasons?

These days, when the daily temperature difference is drastically large and the air becomes dry, during the changing of seasons, even cosmetics that I normally use without any problems suddenly feel stinging whenever they touch my skin, and unidentified whiteheads appear here and there on my face, so I feel incredibly stressed every time I look in the mirror. Even though I think I apply enough moisturizer after washing my face, my skin is still dry, so my skin texture is getting rough and my makeup keeps flaking off, so I spend a lot of time worrying about what to do in front of my vanity every morning. In times like these, I try to minimize the number of steps I take to wash my face and use a mildly acidic cleanser to protect my skin barrier. While using a less irritating product can temporarily reduce the redness, it doesn't seem to be a fundamental solution, which is frustrating. If there are people like me who have sensitive skin, I'm curious about how you organize your basic skincare routine during this time. In particular, if there are any products that deeply moisturize but contain ingredients that don't irritate sensitive skin, or any special skincare methods that you can do at home, even if they're small, please share them with me. I would really appreciate it. I would also like to hear advice from those who have experience with dermatological treatments on what management programs are effective in strengthening the barrier of sensitive skin, and what treatments offer a high level of satisfaction for the cost.
