Lately, I've been having a lot of concerns about skin care because my face has become more swollen.
During a meeting today, I happened to catch a glimpse of my face in the window, and I was shocked by how visibly exhausted I looked. Working overtime often means I'm haphazardly applying makeup every morning, and after work, I'm so focused on washing up and going to bed that I find it incredibly difficult to find time for proper skincare. I used to hear compliments about my beautiful skin, but now it's so lifeless that I sigh every time I look in the mirror.
People around me tell me they take time out of their busy schedules to visit professional skin care salons or use home care devices. I'm also thinking about investing in myself before it's too late, so I'm planning to create a systematic skin care plan.
For those of you who are overwhelmed with work like me, how do you find your energy? Do you have any quick, effective routines or tips you can recommend?
