I'd like to share two lifestyle habits that have been effective in improving my skin condition. The first is my water intake. I used to barely drink water during the day, but after I started consciously drinking a little more frequently, my skin felt less tight and my makeup didn't feel cakey. Drinking a glass of water right after waking up in the morning was especially helpful. My skin seemed to naturally become more hydrated as my body was well-hydrated.
The second is managing my sleep patterns. I used to have frequent breakouts when I went to bed late and had an irregular schedule, but since I've tried to keep my bedtime as consistent as possible, my skin has become much more stable. When I wake up after a full night's sleep, my skin tone looks clearer, and I notice that it recovers more quickly. I've personally experienced that even simple lifestyle changes, rather than complex treatments, can significantly improve my skin condition, so I'm trying to consistently maintain these two things these days.
