This is my skin care routine.

 

I go to the dermatologist once a month and take a half-body bath once a day.
I massage my calves before going to bed.

I wear acupressure slippers at home.

I walk as much as possible for short distances and usually climb stairs or ride a bike at home.

Manage and exercise consistently I'm going to do it

I try to keep it every day!
