The right way to wash your face to protect your skin barrier~!~

Washing your face is one of the first steps to healthy skin.


I'm sharing my skincare tips that I use to protect my skin.

First, use lukewarm water (30-32 degrees) when washing your face.
This temperature is said to be the most suitable for melting sebum and other oily substances.


If the water is too hot, it will take away the necessary oils and cause dryness.
On the other hand, if it is too cold, sebum does not melt, making it difficult to clean pores.

 

Next, instead of rubbing the cleanser directly on your face, try creating a good lather on your palms.
I'm trying to practice this by gently rolling the foam over the skin using its elasticity to reduce frictional irritation and keep the skin barrier healthy.
