Today, just before leaving work, I looked in the mirror under the office bathroom light and was shocked at how puffy my face looked. I've been busy lately and a bit sleep-deprived, but I never imagined my skin would look this rough. So now I'm desperately trying to take care of my skin from the very beginning. Do you have any skincare tips that you follow on a regular basis? I started hurriedly applying a sheet mask and slathering on a lot of moisturizer yesterday, but I feel like that's not enough.
