My skincare routine isn't overly complex, but rather focuses on gentle, consistent care that leaves my skin feeling comfortable. In the morning, I gently wash my face with lukewarm water and refine my skin texture with a slightly acidic toner. Next, I apply a hydrating essence and a light lotion to hydrate my skin. Finally, I thoroughly apply sunscreen to prepare for the day. On days when I'm outdoors frequently, I try to reapply frequently.
In the evening, I focus on gently removing the impurities and makeup accumulated throughout the day. After washing my face with a mild cleanser, I soothe my skin with toner. Depending on my skin's condition, I choose a moisturizing serum or regenerating essence. On days when my skin feels particularly dry or sensitive, I apply a slightly more generous amount of cream than usual to ensure sufficient hydration.
Once or twice a week, I gently exfoliate and intensively care for my skin with a moisturizing or soothing pack. Above all, I believe it's most important to get enough sleep, drink plenty of water, and consistently protect your skin from UV rays. I believe these small habits, when combined, help keep your skin healthy for a long time.
