Water over coffee, sleep over alcohol! I'm realizing the horrors of lifestyle habits.

 

Now that I'm in my late 30s, even a single all-nighter or heavy drinking shows its effects on my skin. I used to look fine the day after a company dinner, but these days, I can see my complexion starting to look dull. So, I've been consciously practicing drinking two liters of water a day. Cutting down on coffee and drinking more water has helped my complexion feel clearer. Another important thing is to change my pillowcase frequently. Since it touches my face directly, I've noticed a noticeable reduction in breakouts simply by keeping it clean.
