After my skin turned around, I changed 'this' and found light (feat. 3 lifestyle habits)

Hello! As I've been going to Maypure, I've been realizing that while treatments are important, my daily lifestyle habits are truly crucial. Last year, my skin became extremely sensitive and I kept getting breakouts. But after changing a few small habits, I've been able to calm things down a lot, so I thought I'd share this.

  1. Replace your pillowcase every three days I thought my hair was clean because I washed it every night, but I heard that sweat and saliva produced while sleeping can easily breed bacteria. I don't want to bother washing it often, so I just put a towel down and change it every day, and the breakouts around my chin have definitely decreased.

  2. Do not use a towel after washing your face After washing my face, instead of rubbing it with a towel, I just gently pat my face dry to absorb the moisture or use a cotton pad to smooth out the dirt. I think the towel dust was a subtle irritant.

  3. Mandatory drinking of 2 liters of water This is probably the hardest to maintain, but... I keep a 500ml tumbler on my desk and drink it twice a day, twice in the morning and twice in the afternoon, with the intention of emptying it without fail. Water is the best for combating dryness.
