I think the most important thing is to lower your skin temperature. After laser treatments or other treatments, your skin can feel hot, so as soon as I get home, I always use a sheet mask or modeling pack that I keep in the fridge.

Even if you find modeling packs annoying, your complexion will definitely change the next day. If you apply a generous amount of ampoule and then add a modeling pack on top, it feels like the ampoule is absorbed deep into your skin instead of flying away into the air.

And apply the regeneration cream thickly, about 1.5 times your usual amount, and sleep. Even if you just follow this treatment for a week, the treatment's duration seems to be significantly extended. How do you all do your home care after the treatment?
