In the past, just putting on makeup would instantly make me look more vibrant, but now I think that it's more than just the outside that needs to be taken care of. So I'm curious about what health functional foods you all choose to take care of your skin from the inside out. Honestly, with so many options on the market, it's hard to find something that offers solid benefits for the price. I want to eat something that's practical and has a good balance of ingredients. Are there any health functional foods you're consistently taking that you would recommend? Rather than blindly choosing something expensive based on the brand name, I'd rather find something that I can actually feel a difference in my body.
