Treatment recommendations

I'm a minor and I'm thinking of getting a treatment because of my pores, sebum, and blackheads. I'd like to get Aqua Peel and a few other things as well. Please give me some recommendations.

I'm also interested in double chins. Please recommend some good ones for this. Are there any that aren't too expensive?
